After an initial period of 3 months, our services are provided: -
a) on a fixed-fee basis if you have a set and agreed scope of work - which means there are typically no extra charges.
b) on an hourly rate for requests outside of the agreed scope.
Either way, any charges will be identified and approved by you prior to the commencement of any work.
Having worked with small businesses and franchise owners for many years, we completely understand the constant time pressures and ever constant financial hurdles that you face. Our aim is to always find the best financial solution for your business.
The majority, if not all of our services are conducted electronically saving both time and money.
We provide more than just data and reports – we partner with our clients to provide insight and recommendations as to how you can continually grow and improve your business.
Getting Started is Easy
We will discuss your specific needs with you, and gain a clear understanding of your current process, challenges and desired outcomes. We will : -
a) specify and agree a detailed scope of services to be provided,
b) send you an agreement outlining these scope of works,
c) ask you to review and sign our engagement letter – which enable us to get started.
We then move into the more operational and process aspects of getting under way, which include :
- Gaining access to your accounting file(s)
- Collecting all relevant information about your employees, awards etc
- Get copies of all unpaid invoices,
- Review bank statement and reconciliations, and
- Many other items.
We will send you a check-list of items and we will work with you to collect and deliver this information in the most efficient and relevant format for both parties.
It’s important we start out on the best possible footing, and with the best possible information.
